"I know it is Fall somewhere and I am not sure that is a great thing" by: John Sample

It is a big week for the tech sector as the new I phone 15 will be introduced by Apple.
There has been concern after news broke that the Chinese Government outlawed use of Apple phones in government facilities sending Apple down last week.
This will come with inflation data being announced this week.
The concern has become centered around energy prices rising and driving the CPI and PPI up, rather than down.
While it would be a surprise forthe Fed to raise rates this month, it certainly puts off further any chance of a rate decrease.
I am not certain that will come until after the election next year, if at all.
There is great interest this week for the IPO of ARM, the chip maker owned by Japanese company Softbank.
This chip maker is so well thought of that Nvidia, among many other chip makers, have invested.
The issue is oversubscribed six times.
The chips they make may not yet rival Nvidia, but they are technically advanced and are needed in this world consumed by technology.
We, of course, could not get through another week without having to deal with the gang in DC.
They are back from their vacation and are faced with the funding problem.
The last time they punted short term and we are now here yet again.
In an election year, no politician is going to be seen as causing the problem when in fact they are the problem.
We are adding a trillion dollars each year.
To say that cannot be sustained is beyond the pale.
At least we have football to distract us.
That is of course unless you have the problem of getting your bundled cable through Spectrum or Charter Communications.
Disney which controls ABC and ESPN are in a contract dispute over how much these cable companies have to pay.
It really appears that we have finally come to the Waterloo for cable bundling and streaming.
I have been looking hard at just streaming, but I would have to get several different services to fill what I currently watch.
The real answer is just to turn it all off for me.
I may in fact just stream Peacock as I can get CNBC and the Golf Channel.
I have been ruined by Sports Center and only really care about highlights and the final score.
