Jacob Santos Graves pled guilty to murder in connection with the death of a six-year-old child who was shot and killed at a Bay City trailer park in June 2020.
Graves waived trial by jury and was sentenced to life in prison for the first degree felony by 23rd District Court Judge Denise Fortenberry Dec. 6.
District Attorney Steven Reis was the prosecutor.
The child was killed in his home in Frost Trailer Park east of Bay City early Tuesday morning June 16, 2020, the Sheriff’s Department reported.
