   Bay City Chamber of Commerce hosted its annual “New Teacher Breakfast” last week.    Bay City ISD’s new teachers and administrative leaders filled the Bay City Civic Center on Wednesday, Aug. 6.    The Chamber invited countywide school districts, but most had already started school.
