‘Begin again’

In Other Words....

I love this article title because there are no negative connotations associated with it as there is with the title Start Over.
Some readers might argue that it means the same thing.
  I disagree.
Given my own professional and personal experiences over the years, I’ve reaped incredible benefits from the anticipation and excitement of the miracles flowing from the state of mind of begin again.
Start over defines a finite space beginning to end.
No instruction book came with us at birth.
The idea that we are here to find completion in life is unconfirmed.
Life is a process just as death is a process.
Some believe their whole life is about ‘doing’ rather than ‘being.’
Every morning, we get to begin again.
My communication coaching clients have experienced shock and awe when they hear me say it’s time to begin again.
They’ll explain they have no idea how to start over.
When I reveal they’ve been doing it all along, begin again takes on new meaning.
If you are facing a relationship change, career change, retirement, a health crisis, crisis of faith or a change in belief, don’t look at it from a finite position, done, finished, ended.
Simply begin again utilizing the tools of experience that you’ve collected along the way.
Consider the saying, “When God closes a door, He always opens a window.”
Options are available when we realize we should just begin again.
A closed mind cycles in a stuck pattern.
  Look around yourself.
Look back to times when you felt change was inevitable with the fault lying sorely on someone else’s shoulders.
Over the passage of time, we discover it was the best possible change that led us to more joy and fulfillment.
In other words, God has a way of nudging us forward when we are stuck in our tracks by using others to assist in the push.
It’s called guidance; we are never alone on this journey.
We are loved every step of the way, every single time that we begin again.
  Happy Holidays!
