The Lady Leps came out swinging with hot bats and defeated Onalaska 11–0 in 5 innings in the regional round.
Big nights at the plate came from Gigi Monroy, Kamryn Waller, Ierial Garcia, and Lakyn Matchett, who each recorded doubles and drove in RBIs. Adia Kile and Bryanna Jolly brought speed on the bases, each stealing a base and scoring 3 runs.
Lakyn Matchett earned the win in the circle with 9 strikes.
The Lady Leps will play Orangefield in the area playoffs at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, April 30, at Deer Park High School.
The Lady Leps will be visitors on the 3rd Base side.
