The Bay City High School Choir is announced that Dawson Hudgins has officially been selected as a member of the TMEA All-State Choir!
This is an extraordinary accomplishment, and we could not be more proud of him.
Dawson’s journey to this prestigious honor began back in September.
Over the course of several months, he competed in multiple rounds of challenging auditions against thousands of talented students from across the state.
Through his unwavering dedication and exceptional talent, Dawson earned one of only 112 highly sought-after spots in the TMEA All-State Choir.
He will perform with the All-State choir at the TMEA Music Convention in San Antonio, Feb. 15.
A sophomore at Bay City High School, Dawson is a valued member of Bella Voce, the varsity choir.
His selection to the All-State Choir marks a historic achievement for our school, as he is the first student in 15 years to earn this honor.
