Sentinel Photo/Mike Reddell Bay City Police Department joined in a fun exchange of Silly String last week at the National Night Out at Bay City Library. Lots of city officials, BCISD officers and other agencies were part of this annual event. This part of National Night Out in Bay City - there were events at other Bay City locations - were made possible “thanks to everyone who hosted, organized, and joined us,” said Police Chief Christella Rodriguez.
