Sentinel Photo/Jessica Shepard Bay City Walmart partnered with the Bay City Chamber of commerce to celebrate its "Grand re-opening" with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Friday, Nov. 3. Walmart employees with over 30 years in the company were on hand to help cut the ribbon align with store and city officials.
