Filing for the May 3 city election – for the mayor and three city council places – begins Jan. 15 and continues through Feb. 14.
Robert Nelson is the incumbent mayor.
The three council seats up for election are:
Position 3, held by Bradley Westmoreland.
Position 4, held by Becca Sitz.
Position 5, held by Blayne Finlay.
Applications for a place on the election ballot are made to the City Secretary’s office.
Early voting begins April 21.
