Sentinel Photo/Jessica Shepard Bay City Rotary Club President Jessica Russell announced Cory Morrow as this year's headliner for the club's annual "Summer Concert" during a Bay City Chamber of Commerce & Agriculture mixer last Thursday. Russell added that choosing Morrow represented a chance to return the concert series to its 'country' roots and that ticket sales would happen soon. The concert is scheduled for Saturday, Aug. 19.
