Multiple search warrants were made at three different Bay City locations Jan. 10, after a Bay City Police Department investigation into distribution of THC Vape pens.
Pedro Barrera Jr., 19, was arrested for the manufacture and delivery of THC Vape Pens and Mushroom Infused Chocolate Bars, Bay City Police said.
The arrest was made after warrants were executed by Bay City Police Department’s Specialized Investigations Division (Narcotics Unit), Patrol Division, and Special Response Team.
A total of 175 THC Vape Pens and five chocolate mushroom bars were seized at the three different locations.
Barrera was arrested and transported to the Matagorda County Jail and booked on one charge of Man/Del CS PG2 or 2A >= 400G.
