The Bay City Public Library hosted a "National Night Out" community block party with the Bay City Police Department Oct. 5. The most popular booth featured temporary tattoos for kids and adults, sponsored by the Bay City Lady Lions Club, with members Karen Stephens, front center, and Tina Israel, back center, applying the tattoos. The event also had live music, games, and free books for children.
