Volunteers with Clean Harbors waste management company handled a variety of old paint and other hazardous chemicals for disposal as part of the annual Households Hazardous Waste cleanup project, Saturday, Oct. 9, at the Matagorda County Fairgrounds. The event featured safe disposal for old tires, electronic waste, used oil, paint, and many more dangerous chemicals.
