A 15-year-old male juvenile was taken into custody and transported to the Fort Bend County Juvenile Detention Center and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Officers were sent to the 2500 block of Helen in reference to disorderly conduct at 1:44 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 17.
Upon arrival officers contacted subjects that were outside.
They told officers there had been a physical altercation.
Two of the subjects did have visible, minor injuries, police reports show.
Through their investigation, officers determined a 15-year-old male pointed a gun at one of the subjects, police said.
The juvenile fired one shot, but nobody was struck, officers said.
Officers retrieved both the juvenile and the gun.
The juvenile was taken into custody and later transported to the Fort Bend County Juvenile Detention Center.
