Head Coach Billy Ramey game notes:
Thank the Lord we are finally healthy.
We had two practices with our entire team and this was the 1st game altogether.
All of the credit goes to my players.
We were down by as much as 12 and we fought our way back. Sophomore PG, Corey Austin is one of the best players in our region.
He scored a team-high 28 points and sealed the game by outscoring Columbia in the 4th quarter 10-6. Senior Guard,
Cameron Austin played a great game without scoring.
He did an amazing job of balancing playing hard with foul trouble.
Sophomore G/F, Micah Burks contributed with 8 points and some timely rebounds.
Juniors, Keemar Allums and Peyton Huerta rebounded and provided us with a ton of great minutes.
Credit to Columbus because they played well enough to win the game.
