Courtesy photo It was Butterfly Release Day at Holy Cross Catholic School recently. The last month has been enjoyable watching the students learn about the growth cycle of the Painted Lady butterfly. Many were excited, and some were saddened, as their pollinator friends flew off into the blue sky. We had one butterfly hesitate for a few moments to say good-bye.
