Warrant issued for Palm Village shooting

   A warrant was issue in connection with the shooting that wounded a 38-year-old Bay City man at Palm Villege at about 6:45 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 26, Bay City police said.
   Officers were dispatched to 1901 Palm Village, in the rear of the complex, in reference to a person who had been shot.
   Upon arrival, officers located the victim, a 38-year-old male.
   Officers provided first aid until EMS arrived. 
   EMS took the victim to Matagorda Regional Medical Center.   
   From there, he was later life-flighted to Hermann Memorial Hospital in Houston.
   Officers secured the crime scene until detectives arrived.
   Upon their arrival, the scene was turned over to them.
   A warrant was issued for suspect Roscoe Moore III, for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
   Moore is a 38-year-old, Black male, 5’7” 215 lbs. with black hair and brown eyes.
   He was last seen driving a light bluish 2000 Dodge cab and a half pickup truck.
   If located, use caution, and notify local authorities.
