At 1:21 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 18, officers were dispatched to the 900 block of Avenue F about shots fired.
Dispatch notified officers that they had received multiple calls for shots fired but had limited information and no descriptions.
Upon arrival, officers spoke with people out in the area.
Most stated they heard the shots and came out to see what was happening.
While walking around officers located a vehicle with a shot out back window and another vehicle with a flat tire due to gunfire.
They also located a damaged fence and damage to a room window.
Officers on the scene also located spent shell casings which were collected as evidence.
They were able to speak with some witnesses on scene, but there was no description of the suspect at this time.
Fortunately, no one was injured during this incident.
Detective Jerome Estrada has been assigned to investigate this case.

January 19
At 2:21 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 19, officers were dispatched to the area of 1901 Palm Village about shots fired.
Upon arrival, officers began looking for a victim or sign of a firearm being discharged.
While checking the area, officers received information that there was a gunshot victim at the emergency room.
The victim advised the incident happened around 2001 Palm Village but would not provide much more information.
The victim was admitted to Matagorda Regional Hospital in stable condition.
Officers were able to determine there was an argument in the parking lot before the victim was shot.
Evidence was collected at the scene.
The scene was turned over to Detective Jerome Estrada.
