Police find drugs, guns, scales at 9th Street house

   Bay City police found cocaine, ecstasy and heroin, along with guns and drug paraphernalia when officers executed a search warrant at a 9th Street residence at about 7:47 p.m. July 20. 
  Members of the Bay City Police Department Narcotics Division went to the 2500 block of 9th Street and executed a search warrant for the distribution of illegal narcotics. 
  During the search, officers located drugs, guns and drug paraphernalia.
  Narcotics Officers deployed K9 Officer Bulifwy and located 17.2 grams of a 
white powdery substance that field tested positive for cocaine. 
  They also seized 222.9 grams of multicolored pills that tested positive for MDMA ecstasy, and 2.9 grams of a brown powdery substance that tested positive for heroin, along with multiple scales. 
  Narcotics officers also seized multiple pistols, one of which had the serial number removed.
  Warrants were issued for the occupants of the residence. 
  There are multiple warrants for Shelton L. Cooper, 48, of Bay City, and Mercedes J. Webb, 37, of Bay City.
