Van Vleck scrimmaged Palacios last week and will travel to take on longtime area opponent Ganado there Friday.
“Scrimmage went very well,” Head Coach Shannon Permenter said.
“We played much better offensively and defensively,” Permenter added.
He pointed that Van Vleck had a better game than the prior week. “The kids are really playing hard and we are excited about playing Ganado this week.”
Ganado is in District 15-2A-1. “Last year it was a nail biter and I expect another great game this time.
“They’re very good and we feel like we’re a good team as well,” the coach pointed out.
“This should be a fun one!”
