Van Vleck ISD congratulated Van Vleck ISD Police Chief Fred Wesselski on his recent retirement.
He is described as a positive and remarkable leader who served Van Vleck ISD with distinction since 2012.
Wesselski began working security for VVISD sporting events and then was hired full time in 2018, when he made history by leading the formation of the VVISD Police Department.
Wesselski’s commitment and dedication have been a driving force within the department, inspiring his colleagues to strive for excellence.
His leadership has earned him the respect and admiration of all who have had the privilege of working alongside him.
As he embarks on a well-deserved retirement after 30 years of service in law enforcement, we remain committed to continuing his legacy of excellence and making him proud.
