Sentinel Photos/Jessica Shepard Bay City Junior Service League held its annual "Charity Ball" fundraiser for local charities on Saturday, Feb. 1. This year's event included dozens of raffle and auction items, above, a living champagne wall, and mystery bottle pulls.
