Tigers fall in Flatonia tourney

   The Tigers traveled to the Flatonia Tournament this past Thursday and Friday and were 0-3.  
  The first game was a 6-5 loss to Port Aransas. 
Ritchie ZGarcia got the start and went 5 innings, giving up 4 runs, only 1 earned on 5 hits striking out 6.  
  Camden Johnson took the loss, going 1 inning giving up 2 runs on 3 hits.  
  Leading hitters with 2 hits were Jechan Duran (HR, 2B) and Boogie Galvan, getting 1 hit each: Kale Russell, Tristan Galvan and Ritchie ZGarcia.  
  In the second game, the Tigers were defeated by Schulenburg 5-2.  
  Taking the loss on the mound was Johnson giving up 4 runs in 4 innings, striking out 5.  
  Ashton Klaiber gave up 1 run in 2 innings of relief.  
  Leading hitters with 1 hit each: Kale Russell, TJ Galvan, Ritchie ZGarcia, Jachen Duran, Kole Sengsourivong and Camden Johnson.  
  Game 3 was a 5-0 loss to Flatonia.  
  After a wild first inning giving up 4 runs on 2 hits, 2 walks and a hit-by-pitch (hbp), starter TJ Galvan settled in and went 4 innings giving up 5 runs, striking out 8.  
  Ashton Klaiber provided 2 shutout innings in relief.  
  Leading hitters with 1 hit each: TJ Galvan, Jechan Duran, Travis Riendeau and Camden Johnson.
