Bay City police are looking for leads on a man who tried to steal a phone at gunpoint from a woman sitting in her car about 3 p.m. Monday, April 14.
The woman told police she was sitting in her car with the window down, going through her phone, in the 2900 block of Elm, when a man approached her, reports show.
The suspect wore a black hoodie, black ski mask, black pants, and black shoes, officers were told.
Police said the man appeared to be 5 foot 7 inches tall with a slender build.
