YMCA photo The Bay City YMCA Program announced the selection of lifeguards for the Bay City’s two public swimming pools - Hilliard Pool at 3020 Letulle Ave. and Valiant Pool at 2624 Carey Smith Blvd. YMCA is under contract with the City of Bay City to manage both pools.
