Bay City Police officers were sent to the 2800 block of Jack White Way, about a 23-year-old man being shot in a car at about 5:15 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 4.
When Officers arrived, they performed basic first aid while waiting for EMS.
The man was taken to Matagorda Regional Medical Center and then life-flighted to Houston, where he was in critical condition Wednesday, Nov. 5.
This is an active case.
