Sentinel Photo/MaLinda Reddell A father and his two daughters found spring-like conditions during an early winter day at Le Tulle Park last Friday. The start of the winter solstice Dec. 21 has seemed out of character with frequent days in the 70s and low 80s. All three appeared to enjoy the playground and weather.
