Bay City High School junior Dawson Hudgins earned a spot in the 2026 All-State Choir for the second year in a row.
Hudgins, a member of the Bay City High School Varsity Choir, Bella Voce, has qualified to perform with the 2026 Texas All-State Small School Choir.
Hudgins will perform Saturday, Feb. 14, at San Antonio’s Henry B. González Convention Center, during the 2026 Texas Music Educators Association Clinic/Convention.
Hudgins was chosen for this prestigious honor through a competitive process held this year across the state at District, Region, and Area levels.
Dawson is a student of Dr. Kara Cowart, who is a member of the Texas Music Educators Association.
