Tidehaven pitchers seeing lots of action in early season games

   The Tigers hosted Hallettsville Sacred Heart on Tuesday and lost by the score of 6-1. 
  Stratton Crow took the loss on the mound, going 4 innings, striking out 8, and giving up 6 hits and 1 run. 
  Leading Hitter with 2 hits was Kole Sengsourivong.  
  Getting 1 hit each: TJ Galvan, Stratton Crow and Boogie Galvan.  
  On Friday, we travelled to Hallettsville to play in the Sacred Heart Tournament.  
  In the first game we played Shiner St. Paul and won 1-0 in a pitchers duel.  
  TJ Galvan started and got the win, going 4 innings, striking out 4, and giving up 3 hits.  
  Cade Nairn got the save, throwing 3 shutout innings striking out 3.  
  Adrian Cotton and Kale Russell had 1 hit each.  
  In game 2, we played a Conroe Covenant and tied 11-11 after trailing 8-2 going into the 4th.  
  Leading hitter with 3 hits was Hayden McCarver with 3 hits. 
  Kale Russell had 2 hits and multiple players had 1 hit each. 
On Saturday, we played Somerville and won 10-1.  
  Bryce Sliva got the win on the mound, going 4 innings striking out 2, and giving up 2 hits and no runs.  
  Leading hitters with 2 hits each: TJ Galvan, Ashston Klaiber, Kole Sengsourivong and Kale Russell.  
  Getting 1 hit each: Bryce Sliva, Hayden McCarver, Boogie Galvan and Adrian Cotton. 
The Tigers are now 5-2-2 on the season.
