Bay City High School boys Cross Country team placed first in the district meet Thursday, Oct. 13.
Following suit, the JV boys team also placed first in the district meet.

3rd Place Varsity Girls: Nala Williams, Aracely Padrow, Autumn Pulliam, Lauren Stai, Sethity Yanez, June Garcia
1st Place JV Boys: Sergio Ramirez, Ian Ramos, Cruz Chavez, Kevin Cortez, Luis Zamora
JV Girls: Chasity Willaims - 8th Place, Amiyah Yanez -17th Place
VVHS Cross Country
VVXC competed at the district meet Oct. 12.
For the first time since the early 2000s, Van Vleck will have a full girls team compete at regionals.
The girls include: Emilee Schneider, Tatum Moore, Abigail Carnicle, Isabel Coleman, Elayna Estraca, and Madison Rosado
And - also for the first time since early 2000s - the school will have a Top 10 boy qualifer, Jose Aleman.
The JV girls took the district championship.
Varsity Girls: 3rd overall
Varsity Boys: 4th overall
JV Boys: 2nd overall.
