BCISD photo/Grant McGalliard Bay City ISD inducted nine members into the Blackcat Hall of Fame on Friday, Nov. 5. The nine new members were Christian Balli, Cornelio Castanon, Efrem Clark, Rickey Davidson, Ronnie Ford, Martin Garcia, Daniel Hawkins, Sandra Rutherford and Jonathan Yanez.
