Bay City, Van Vleck results at Region 4 Powerlifting Meet

      Iris Amezquita  -  3rd in 181, 205 Squat, 95 Bench, 250 DL, 550 Total

      Felicity Lara - 8th in 198, 190 Squat, 80 Bench, 225 DL, 495 Total
      4A Large Meet:
      Camryn Garcia - 2nd in 198, 370 Squat, 190 Bench, 325 DL, 885 Total
      Rachel Castillo - 5th in 148, 265 Squat, 195 ench, 255 DL, 735 Total
       Van Vleck regional meet results from Van Vleck Powerlifting Coach Henry Ashworth
      Nevaeh Mangum and Cerenity Gibson qualified for the State Powerlifting Championships in Edinburgh.
      Nevaeh also named Best Squat and overall 181lb champion.
      Cerenity dominated by being named overall champion in the 220  - pound class. 
      This is the second state appearance for Nevaeh and the third for Cerenity. 
      Also, shout out to Ava Cervantes for narrowly missing (5 pounds) being a four  - time state qualifier and Taylor Dewitt (freshman) for also finishing five pounds away from qualifying.
