BCHS Cross Country competed in its 4th meet of the year at Sweeny High School last week.
“We had lots of personal
bests for the 2024 season today,” said Head Cross Country Coach Rilea Sanders.
“At this time of the season we are pushing through faster tempos at practice and working towards District in about five weeks.
“I must add in here that I was a proud coach of my kids today as they wore colored ribbons on their shoes to show our support to the Van Vleck Community for the loss of their own,” Sanders said, in reference to the recent deadly car crash in Van Vleck last week.
