   What was once Bay City Municipal Airport is now Bay City Regional Airport.  
   And there’s more in store for the airport that goes beyond the name change.  
   That’s what Airport Manager John Garr told about 50 people at an open house Thursday, March 5, for the airport and its newest tenant, Williams/Era Helicopters.  
   The regional airport designation – approved by Bay City council at its Feb. 26 meeting – adds to the airport’s growing economic importance to the Bay City area, Garr said.
