Upbring Head Start grand opening

The grand opening for Upbring Head Start – Bay City Center – was Thursday, Oct. 29. The center is one of four Upbring operates in Wharton and Matagorda counties. A total of 115 children are served at the Bay City Center, between Head Start (3-5 yrs) and Early Head Start (0-3 yrs). Some 259 children are served between the four centers.
