Developer Stuart Lynn discusses possible city ownership of Camille Road with the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone 1 board July 17. The board took no action on reimbursing Lynn for the road until the city attorney clarifies who owns it and therefore is responsible for its upkeep.

   Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone (TIRZ) 1 board unanimously approved developer Stuart Lynn to proceed to Phase 2 construction starting Aug. 20, during their regular meeting, July 17.
   Lynn has 18 months from that date to complete Phase 2 work.
   Phase 2 work estimated $100,000 cost includes: 

  •     A pedestrian bridge over Cottonwood Creek
  •     Playground with a water play feature
  •     Creekside path
  •     Sidewalks
