"County ISDs get TEA ratings" by: Jessica Shepard

   Almost all local school districts rated a “B” according to the Texas Education Agency State Accountability Ratings released district and campus ratings, Aug. 14. 
   The state accountability system is known as “A through F” gives schools and districts a grade based on student achievement, school progress/growth and closing the achievement gap. 
   Tidehaven, Palacios, Bay City, and Van Vleck ISD all received “B” ratings while Matagorda ISD earned a “C.”
