New site gives MEHOP chance to realize vision

On March 2 MEHOP opened the doors of their newest location.  Mid year in 2014, an opportunity arose that began as a vision to expand their Women and Children’s Health Center to a larger facility.
Originally housing the physicians of South Texas Medical Clinic at 111 Ave. F in Bay City, MEHOP took possession of the vacant building and turned their vision into reality.
The 12,500 sq ft facility provides a spacious waiting room for patients, accommodating areas designed for various supporting staff, numerous exam rooms for patient care and designated areas for ancillary services.
Currently, the Women and Children’s Center accommodates a Pediatrician and four OB/GYN providers including supporting staff.
