Two BCHS girls top powerlifters at Brazos meet

   Bay City High School powerlifters Ashlynn Flores was named Outstanding Lifter on the Heavy Platforms and Sha’Nasia Patterson was named Outstanding Lifter on the Light Platforms at the Brazos Meet Feb. 1.    Here are the meet results.
Bay City Lady Cat soccer No. 20 moves the ball in a recent 9-0 victory against El Campo. Last week, the girls beat Hallettsville 10-0 at home Jan. 30, and Rice, by a like score, there Friday, Feb. 3.    BCHS Swim/Dive traveled to Houston for the Region III-4A Swim/Dive Championship Thursday & Friday.     All distances in yards.     Top two (2) finishers in each event automatically advance to the state meet in each event.

Leopard swimmers have multiple top 8 finishes

   Van Vleck swim had a great showing at the Regional Swim Meet at Lamar High School District in Houston (Region III-4A Meet).     We had multiple top 8 finishes, and finished 8th out of 25 teams.
