   The CEO of esVolta Randolph Mann thanked local officials for their support of esVolta’s City Breeze battery storage project that will be located in the Bay City Industrial Park.  A luncheon marked the groundbreaking at Spread of the Oaks near Markham April 9.

City, school early vote starts April 20

   Early voting begins Monday, April 20, for the five municipal, school board and Caney Creek MUD elections Saturday, May 2.  (See early voting, election day places, times and dates below.)  Bay City City Council positions 1 and 2 are up for election Saturday, May 2.
