Lennar purchases homesites at Valor Park

   Lennar, one of the nation's leading homebuilders, has purchased the first 19 homesites at Valor Park in Bay City, with plans for future tracts, from local developer Lynn Development.    The transaction closed on Thursday, Dec. 14 at Bay City Abstract and Title Company.

Contributed Photo  Van Vleck hosted the Texas High School BBQ Regional Tournament last Saturday, Jan. 27 were Van Vleck’s team, Burnt Offerings’ won Reserve Champions, which qualifies them for state competition.  The team won 1st in chicken, 2nd in dessert, 2nd in beans. 5th in brisket and 8th in ribs.
