Hadash promoted to lieutenant, three new officers sworn in at ceremony

             Bay City Police Department promoted Sergeant Chris Hadash to lieutenant and swore in three new officers at City Hall ceremonies Thursday, Jan. 4. Chris Hadash    Chris Hadash has been married for over 20 years and has two daughters, a son-in-law, and a beautiful new granddaughter.

"2 hurt in 2-vehicle collision on Tx 35 near Blessing" by: Mike Reddell

   Two people were hurt in a two-vehicle collision near Blessing on Texas 35 and County Road 442 Wednesday, Dec. 27, said DPS Sergeant Stephen Woodard.    Both of those injured were the drivers in the collision and were flown by helicopter to Memorial Herman Hospital in Houston, Woodard said.
