   The City has scheduled an “Animal Control Ordinance Update Public Input Session” for Tuesday, Dec. 16.  The event is set to run from 5:30-7 p.m. at the Bay City USO Service Center, 2105 Avenue M.  The input session comes months after the City released an online survey on Sept.

City of Bay City becomes Keep Texas Beautiful affiliate

   The City of Bay City has joined the affiliate program of Keep Texas Beautiful (KTB), a statewide community improvement, litter prevention and beautification organization.  KTB is a network of Texans working together to make Texas the cleanest and most beautiful state in the union.

   Matagorda County Museum’s annual “Festival of Trees” seasonal exhibit is now open.  Visitors can vote for their favorite trees across several categories including businesses, individuals, schools and daycares, and other clubs or organizations.
