Sentinel Photo/Jessica Shepard Gladys Beller Spiller, the late Otha D. Gray, Jr., and Priscilla Robinson were honored for their commitment to Bay City ISD and their service as educators at BCISD's annual Employee Appreciation Banquet last Thursday. Gray was represented by his wife Jeanne, center, for the award, with Bay City ISD Trustee President Jill Westmoreland and Trustee Trent Tinnin, back.
