Tidehaven had 558 total yards of
offense en route to a 55-7 rout of Palacios at Homecoming to improve to 1-2 last Thursday night.
The Tigers had 240 yards rushing and 318 in passing to Palacios’ 149 total yards.
Tiger quarterback Jericho Talbert was 22 of 25 passing for 318 yards and two touchdowns.
Talbert also had a rushing touchdown.
Noah Riddick led all Tigers in rushing with 149 yards on 11 carries for two touchdowns.
Other Tiger rushers included Jakob Singletary with 49 yards, Julius Garcia, with two touchdowns, and Caiden Glaze with a rushing touchdown.
DJ Foster was the leading receivers with five catches for 103 yards.
Ashton Klaiber and Singletary both had touchdown receptions.
Evan Saavadra forced a fumble and Zane Lawhon recovered it.
Kicker Angel Lara had 7 PATs.
The Tigers travel to Hallettsville next Friday, Sept. 18, for a 7:30 p.m. kickoff.
