Cory McCray won the Place 1 Bay City City Council runoff election over Stacy L. Rowh by a 217-158 vote margin Saturday, June 13.
McCray’s vote total won 57.87% of the vote, while Rowh received 43.75% of the total.
The election total of 375 votes was 3.99% of the Bay City’s 9,387 registered voters.
