The 2025 Texas Oilman’s Charity Invitational Fishing Tournament (TOCIFT) drew 260 anglers in 4-man teams Thursday through Saturday, July 10-12, at Matagorda Harbor. In addition, there were over 340 workers, volunteers and support staff helping out at the tournament that began in 2002.
