   It may only be the second week of July, but Tinnin’s Christmas Village owners Trent and Tammi Tinnin are already planning for this December.   The village is located at the Tinnin’s home at 2504 Avenue K in Bay City and usually opens from 6-10 p.m.

   A five-person panel fielded audience questions during the Texas Water Development Board’s “Regional Financial Assistance Workshop” event last week.  The Bay City Chamber of Commerce & Agriculture sponsored the Thursday workshop and luncheon.
