Dowell to coach in Louisiana

   Just days after announcing his retiremen, Rodney Dowell, 55, is headed for the next chapter in his coaching career.    Dowell told the Bay City Sentinel that he accepted a position assistant football and softball coach at East Beareguard High School, in Louisiana.
