Matagorda County Retired Teachers Association (MCRTA) members clean gently used books and organize them along with the new books to be given to children in Matagorda County. Membership dues and donations pay for the cost of the books. The books are distributed to MRMC for newborns, to doctor’s offices, and at children’s events.
